Hello everyone. I would love to join this challenge. I have been doing sparks since Monday and trying to stay on track.

My motivation is to like what I see when I look in the mirror.

So much for posting every night! Here are my last 2 days. I typically drink a ton of water, so I put 12 cups as a default... If I have any crazy days of more or less water I'll change it, otherwise, I'm going with 12!

I joined Spark in February and last week I started to really use it as a daily tool and I'm finding it motivating and it really works for keeping your goals in check. Oh this is a good idea, nothing too demanding, besides staying healthy. :) It'll do me good to join~
My motivation will be the family trip to California for march 30th, I've gained too much that i never had before while i was visiting my dad in Europe, for 3 months. Lets just say a lot of greasy food and meat. ha, no more.
