This isn't their juice....

Its a small packet of "naturally and artificially flavored drink mix". Ingredients: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Maltodetrix, sodium citrate, natural and artificial flavors, ascorbic acid, aspartame, and a few "less than2% of items...." They say to mix in 16 oz water; I make it half strength---still plenty of flavor for ~3 calories and 15mg sodium/cup.

Also comes in Cran-Peach flavor when you can find it!! emoticon

Thanks for the suggestions! Does Ocean Spray Cran Grape have sugar in it tho? I thought we were supposed to be drinking straight water for the most part.

Definitely think of it in *small* quantities!! I usually grab a cup when I'm staring at the refrig in the morning deciding on breakfast....another small cup after breakfast when I'm headed off to do something else...another small cup before break...before lunch........etc, etc.... It really does add up nicely. For me, I've found it has to be COLD water, or hot tea. I don't care for water bottle water that's been stewing at Room Temp half the day!! Bleecchh! In the evening, often I will make the tea, or a big cup of flavored icewater (my fav is Ocean Spray Cran-Grape!) and drink it while I'm computering....

I always have a cup on my kitchen counter--it makes a great visual reminder to drink a cup now & then!
Happy Hydrating!

I cannot seem to be able to drink all the water that the plan calls for should be 80 ounces per day, I can't even get the first 16 oz down before I'm gagging on it, any suggestions?
