If this plan isn't going to work for you for 20 days then there is no way it is going to work for you long term. Stop dieting and start eating a healthy, balanced diet instead. You will have more control over what you are eating, will learn how to eat properly, and will have a higher chance of maintaining the weight loss long term.

I entered all the foods for the first 2 Days into SP and am in my range for carbs per day, for the first 2 days. Also, you will have carbs in the rye crackers and in bread and cereal tests in future days. The first 20 days are an experiment, so you need to keep testing new foods!

Sorry, that isn't a plan we are familiar with. Hope you are having great luck meeting your Spark goals!

I'm working on day 4 and rice was tested on day 2, but don't see it again. Can it be eaten any day? Basically no carbs for 20 days isn't going to work so I'm hoping there will be some.
