laptoplunches.com has the most comprehensive list and menus i have seen. you do not have to buy their system, but they do have a monthly newsletter with more new ideas.

no indication when/where you eat, or what facilities you have at your disposal
no indication on food/menu preferences

Do you eat at home, at work, or at school?

If you eat away from home, then things like:
Hard Boiled Egg

Nuts and dried fruits (not a lot re high calories)

Little can of Salmon *with bones) Tuna

An Undressed salad - put a little dressing in a tiny snap-lock bag so the salad doesn't wilt

Sandwiches - peanut butter and banana; meat; Ham/Salad; Cottage Cheese or Hummus/Salad

Left-overs from the night before (you can make extra to take - saves money and time)
Fruit

Low Fat yoghurt pot

If you have access to a microwave, then soups, one-pot casserole

I hope that THAT is food for thought! (Pun intended :-)
