I had to lower my calorie intake as well. Every body has its own temperament.

After reading and researching calories, carbs, sugar, fat, etc, I've lowered almost all my Spark recommendations. NOW, if I can just fall into the ranges!

I actually found doing two low end of my range days followed by a high end of my range for one day worked for me. I think we each just have to figure out our own body. Hooray for success!

I wasn't seeing results with the calorie range Spark gave me so I lowered it to 1200 per day and I'm losing again! I'm thrilled and ready for success!
