I've taken up running again after a fairly long break and seem to be sliding back into my old routine with ease, except that I sometimes get a period-cramp like pain in my lower abs. It sets in after about 20 minutes of running and only gets better if I really slow down. I'm wondering whether it's a problem with breathing or weak core muscles? Can anyone recommend a solution?
