Here is the one that I like to use:

The dip is delicious on it's own without the bread bowls and it is low in calories for this kind of dip.

I add 1 teaspoon of basil to mine, it adds a great addition!

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed dry of water
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) containers fat free sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves minced or garlic salt to taste

Mix all together in a big bowl
Place in a baking dish you have sprayed with Pam

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated thru

I am looking for recipe that is close to Applebee's famous artichoke dip that is low in fat. Anyone have one?
