How about a quick vegetable soup (can of low-sodium tomatoes and whatever vegetables are laying around the house.)? Or pasta with veggies and chicken? Or an egg-white omelet with veggies?

Do you have any fresh fruit ? When you go shopping, make sure you buy some fresh fruit to keep on hand when you need a snack. For now, do you have any cereal ? Have a small bowl of cereal. Other foods you could eat include oatmeal, Greek yogurt, a granola bar, dried fruit, etc...
Don't dwell too much on going over your fat calories. We do need fat to be healthy. The key is to make sure that you choose fat from healthy sources like olive oil or salmon/fish.
If you find that you're getting hungry, try to make sure you're eating foods that are high in FIBER. Fiber helps keep a person full for longer. Some foods that are high in fiber include fresh fruit and veggies and whole grain breads/cereals. You also want to make sure to eat a bit of protein. Example of a healthy snack would be apple slices with a small dab of peanut butter. Hummus with toasted pita wedges. piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter.
There are lots of healthy options out there. Losing weight isn't about eating low fat. It's about healthy wholesome foods that nourish our bodies.

I have limited food in the house right now. I have already gone over on my fat quota but still have about 350 calories left to eat. I'm looking at recipes.. but I don't know what to eat.
