I make my own with frozen banana, tbsp of peanut butter, a few cubes of ice, scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Designer Whey it's natural and NO artificial sweetners) and then like 1/2 cup non-fat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk whichever you prefer. This is so delicious.
On occassion I will add a big handful of spinach and that takes so good too!
Otherwise I use Spirutein Vanilla powder and just mix with milk of choice and that is superb. I use this one if I need something right after the gym or I don't have access to a blender.
I impulsively bought AES Lean 15 a couple months ago. It's actually pretty good, but before I rebuy I want to research to find the best nutrition and best taste. I have a feeling that what I have is not quite either of those.
I keep Premier Protein shakes on hand. I get them at Costco. 1 gram of sugar. Low carb high protein 160 cal. I find them quite filling and perfect when I don't have time to prepare and or think about what I'm grabbing.
I will occasionally use them. Which brand did you like?

As a busy mother of 3 that works full time too, I often don't have much time for ensuring a healthy breakfast. I bought a low carb protein shake to sub. I actually feel full... Anyone else use protein shakes to sub for meals?
