Limiting red meats has a direct connection to not having inflammations anymore. Red meat in the Americas are so pumped with antibiotics and hormones that not everyone is able to withstand. Switching to organic grass fed beef will help a great deal.. If its too expensive an option, limiting to once to twice a week and drinking lots of water helps.
Yes, I follow a low Glycemic and low carb diet and have successfully lost 96lbs and kept the weight off. I stopped eating wheat pasta and wheat bread a long time ago and find I no longer get cravings. It was actually very easy.
Dont miss pasta at all!
I also limit my red meat to 2X per month and I no longer have inflammation or any aches or pains. In fact, I have been chastized by some who disagree with me, but everyone is different and this is what has worked for me.
