Currently I m taking 3-4 Egg whites in morning meal and kellox snacks in after noon and drink lot of water so i am managing to control and limit my hunger !!

I'm trying to as well! I love love love pasta, and haven't had it in awhile. I don't eat any seafood, so what I eat is limited. I'm not a huge meat eater, but when I do it's grilled chicken or ground turkey. I get very bored of my food quickly, so if you have any suggestions I would LOVE to hear them! But yes, I am onboard with your low carb diet!

Anyone here watching Carbs? I do so much better limiting my Carb intake. I have more energy and and way more clear minded.
I would love to be able to connect with people that are doing the Low Carbs. If that should, please add me!
I am finding it so very difficult to keep up with logging everything. It's all so confusing on here!
