I was trying to do a low carb breakfast. i started out really good, egg whites and bacon..cooked em all kinds of ways, added veggies, etc....turkey & regular bacon..sausage...it was really good. BUT..now I can't even think of eating eggs...nor the turkey bacon. I gag and if I get them down..I can't keep them down. So eggs and turkey bacon are out now. Been looking for other options...but almost everything low carb has eggs. I would definitely consider a "lower" carb breakfast as long as it gets me full. My staples are oatmeal, Atkins shakes, and a greek yogurt now and then. I will cook the night before, as I do plan my meals. Any ideas?
