The coffee I make is pretty low-cal, just around 30-40, actually. I use 1 tsp each of coffee crystals, sugar, powdered creamer, and a non-dairy creamer for flavor (currently I'm on Int'l Delights Caramel Macchiato). It's not the healthiest concoction, but it's SO good and doesn't do too much damage.
I am a huge fan of tea. If I need something sweet, Bigelow Plantation Mint is my absolute favorite.
I also have a bit of a salty tooth, so I've started sipping on warm cups of broth in the afternoon. I like the reduced sodium canned broths or the individual packets of bullion (no sodium) made by Herb Ox.
I love hot black tea, hot green tea, hot herbal teas (can you tell I love tea?). But I've also found sugar free hot chocolate mixes at the grocery store (only 25 calories per packet). Or you could make your own hot chocolate with skim milk, cocoa powder, and splenda...

hot tea is my first choice... try apple juice with spices... mmmmmm you can get your fruit too!!
I LOVE mate' (mah-tay). Are you familiar with it? I just LOVE the stuff. I have been drinkig it for 15 years or so. I used to drink it with milk and honey, but now I drink it plain with just a little stevia. There are also ENDLESS combos of herbal teas-some even taste like spiced cider. Good luck!
In Egypt, winter came sooo late, just started a week ago, It's finally here though! I just love covering myself up with a blanket and drinking Hot Chocolate infront of the TV. Do you guys have any ideas for Hot drinks that are not too high in calories?
