Please talk with your doctor. He/she may not even want you to work out until you find the source. As for your diet, talk with your doctor as well. He/she may want you to meet with a Registered Dietitian to see what measures need to be taken. Now may not be the time to worry about your weight.
So I have had a problem with very very low anemia for about nine months, I have had to have blood transfusions. I am also taking Iron. I currently having a problem with SOB, and so my doctor wants me to be careful with not working out to much because I get chest pain after about 10-15 mins on the bike. So I am looking for different ideas to still loose weight and what other things I can do as far as fitness with out putting myself in danger. April 8 I will be having surgery so hopefully this with correct my anemia. I feel so frustrated because I was doing well at the gym until now.

10 lbs: get a pedicure 20: get manicure 30: new outfit 40; color hair and highlights 75: this is big this is how much I need to loose to zip line with my daugther.
