I was doing a diet where it is phases and you do no eat certain foods for so many weeks. I do calorie count, measure my food and pick better choices. Today I read about how you shouldn't not eat certain food like bread, potatoes....it does help you to lose weight at first but everything in moderation. The one thing I have to stay away from is sugar. So I plan on eating my calories, only eating goodies very rarely...birthdays, holidays..etc. And I will take the calories. I love this site and am learning alot. Thanks SparkPeople!!
