For me exercise was always my downfall. My immediate goal is to be consistent with my workouts, and tracking my measurements has given me a new positive outlook about the impact I'm having on my body, and the results that can be achieved.
Currently, I go to the gym 3x/wk: 30 mins. cardio; 60 mins. weights/strength.
In November, I want to add a 4th workout to my week: 60 mins: stretch-cardio-spot training.
I still struggle to get myself out the door, and my muscles are sore, but now the benefits are really keeping me motivated. I can't wait to see the results with the next 10 lbs!
