I was on Weight Watchers for months and I was constantly hungry with the limit they set on my points. I really didn't like the program. Now I am tracking everything I eat and working out consistently. It has paid off with two weeks in a row of weight loss for a total of 2.2 pounds. I know it isn't alot, but on Weight Watchers I would lose one week and gain the next. I never had a good consistent weight loss. For me this is definitely a good thing.
