on your weight loss! I notice that you don't have a SparkPage linked, so people can only post here or send you mail, which makes it much more difficult to interact (and much less fun! You're missing out on lots of motivating stuff!)
If you want buddies, step 1 is making a page so people can add you and send you goodies and post comments and respond to blogs and updates!

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm 21 years old, 5'3" and over the past year I've gone from 175-180lbs to 138lbs, 136lbs at my lowest. I have the working out down, it is a big part of my life now, I rarely ever drink pop anymore. I might have once a month now, if that.
But the food is still something I struggled with on a daily basis. Ever since I was a child I looked to food for comfort and happiness, I am still struggling to get it under control even after a year of working on this lifestyle change. I have a MyFitnessPal account but I need someone I can message on a daily basis/weekly basis just to know someone else knows what I'm going through. I have been having issues with Gerd and I also have PCOS. If anyone is willing to reach out and be my buddy that would be awesome. Thanks for reading.
