I will wish you luck and also remind you that quitting is not so big a deal as long as you keep coming back. . . few people lose weight once and never regain it or never have to revisit their issues. Most people who successfully lose weight and keep it off have lost it lots of times before but for some reason THIS time works while they slipped up all the other times. Maybe by coming back, THIS is YOUR THIS TIME.

I closed my spark people account for several weeks and what do you know, I started back to my old routine not eating healthy, no exercising and bammm packed on 2 pounds in less than two weeks. I'm back on spark people to hopefully stay focused and motived to reach my goal weight. For those of you who quit think 2x. Wish me luck!
