Congrats on doing so well! As far as a plan -- I agree, read some stuff here on spark and build your own plan slowly, step by step. What works best for you is what you need to do, and it may take some tinkering to find that.
The advice about the site is spot-on. Everything you need to get started is here for you. And if you need anything specific, ask any of us with a lot of Spark Points. We've been here long enough that we can direct you to the right stuff.

I just recently started my quest to lose weight in October, I have been exercising and trying to eat right. I really don't have a good routine except, I joined curves and started eating smaller portion of food. I would be very receptive of a good plan if someone has one.
