Thank you for your post. The comments you made regarding your goals really put into perspective my own struggles, I don't have clear goals right now. I'm glad you sat back and re-grouped. The key here is that you didn't quit. Good for you. Keep up the good work. We all have good days or weeks even, but the results are amazing when you stick with it.

Sometimes, a refocus of motivation is just what we need. Occasionally, we get into this for the wrong reasons, and it's not enough to keep us moving forward. It sounds like you've got good support, and we're here for you!
I have a HUGE BIG WHY in place in my life and I still get the desire to not exercise, not track, and just be lazy. It happens to the best of us. However, I feel my BIG WHY motivates me more than any number on the scale or any other victory I have.
This weak finally happened I had been struggling for the last weak. feeling less motivated, Not wanting to track food or fitness. In fact just barely doing the minimal became bored with the whole thing. I didn't want to quit really, just didn't want to do anything. I lost interest in my goals. So I stepped back for a couple of days. Rethought what I wanted. I needed to refocus and regain my motivation. I am now ready to restart my journey. I am again motivated to lose weight and get healthier. I am going to look at my goals and I will be changing them up some. I have had support from several on spark people and I hope they will continue to encourage me and tell me to get my act together.
