This weak finally happened I had been struggling for the last weak. feeling less motivated, Not wanting to track food or fitness. In fact just barely doing the minimal became bored with the whole thing. I didn't want to quit really, just didn't want to do anything. I lost interest in my goals. So I stepped back for a couple of days. Rethought what I wanted. I needed to refocus and regain my motivation. I am now ready to restart my journey. I am again motivated to lose weight and get healthier. I am going to look at my goals and I will be changing them up some. I have had support from several on spark people and I hope they will continue to encourage me and tell me to get my act together.
