Sometimes when you're trying to reach a goal, it is impossible to connect the dots where you currently are. Somehow you have to trust in yourself, and have faith that you will reach your dreams, despite not having the slightest clue or perfectly laid out road to where you are going. Nobody can connect the dots looking forward; you only can connect them when you're looking backwards. You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in the future; you have to trust in something, and today my friend trust in the Team at Spark People, we will be here for one another.

I'm on a great team called "come on, light your fire." They're under my teams on my sparkpage. It's a fantastic group.

It's great that you are back -- that's the first step. Maybe it would help to do the fast break again, to give yourself some easy goals (exercise at least 10 min/day, 5 days/week; eat a healthy breakfast each day; drink all your water) would help you get back on track by giving you some success to feel good about?

Give yourself credit for coming back to Spark, and have confidence that you will see results. I have faith in you!

I can't remember the last time I got on this page. My first year of college completely drained me and I actually ended up gaining weight. I joined a gym, but even though I'm on summer break, I've been very lazy. Can I have some help please? Maybe a partner?
You guys are awesome. I really want to commit! It's just so hard.
