I am having a very bad day....just got more bad news. So I gobbled down 3 shortbread! I did one thing right....I tracked it on my food tracker. This stopped me from eating the 4th. Also, it made me determined to eat well for the rest of the day!
The key to me eating healthfully is eating mindfully. This means reading labels, making balanced choices, and most importantly, listening to my body's hunger cues.
