I know everyone is different, but I am about where you want to be.....128 pounds. On May 1, 2011 I weighed 158 pounds. On February 10, 2012, I weighed 128. This is what I did:
1. Did 10 consecutive month long Official Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenges. Each bootcamp was a mix of 30 minutes cardio and 10 minutes strength training, 5 days a week. This is what sculpted my body.
2. I religiously used the Nutrition Tracker. My goal each day was to stay within the bottom line ranges for calories, carbs, fat, and protein. I never used the Meal Plan, just simply ate good food. Consistent use of the Nutrition Tracker is what caused the weight loss.
My results have been unbelievable. Just today I was at Costco and picked up a pair of size small yoga pants and a size small matching jacket. All my clothes are size 4 now. The transformation that happened to me can happen to you. Guaranteed.
It is now 6 months since I reached goal and I still weigh 128 pounds! How have I kept the weight off without regaining some or most? I still religiously use the Nutrition Tracker. I don't do bootcamps anymore, but I moderately exercise 5 days a week combining cardio and strength exercises.
