I don't know if you've done this already, but it might be worth posting this same question in the Technical Help forum, some of the more back-end oriented SP staff might be able to help there.

I asked our Tech folks to look into it further. When you reset your account, you do lose any previously tracked data, but you'd never lose your favorites or SparkPoints. It looks like you only have 7 SparkPoints, so is it possible you were tracking on another site? Our Tech folks didn't find any issues with your account and we've never had someone actually lose all of their data like you're describing.

Sorry I'm not more help!

I know nothing about computers so I can't give you any help, but I wanted to tell you that what happened totally sucks and I feel your pain.

As for other sites, I've tried myfitnesspal, but I don't like it as much because there is not as much community involvement and the calorie things of a lot of the foods aren't as accurate.

No, I only have the one account. My user name and password got me to "my account" but there was nothing there. ???
Does Spark have any kind of backup system? Since all of the data resides on the server and not in the local computer, it has to be an interface or server issue.
Are there add-ons that need to be in place to see your file info?
Is it possible that I have inadvertently deleted an add-on? Are cookies involved? From time to time we delete cookies to speed things up.
I'm not sure I want to invest time to rebuild everything just to loose it again sometime in the future. What are my alternatives? Local apps that reside exclusively on my computer? What about other sites such as MyFitnessPal?
Would appreciate any advise.

Is it possible that you have another SparkPeople account? Usually this happens when people have more than one account, and the info is in the account they aren't currently logged into.

I have been tracking my nutrition and fitness for about 6 weeks but yesterday I was surprised to see that all of my nutrition and fitness history are gone. So are all of my "favorite" foods. I would hate to loose all of this since it took many hours to compile it. Am I the only one. Any suggestions? Does this happen often?
