I just started back a week ago. In the past, I've found that I generally don't lose any weight the first couple weeks. It's like my body takes a little time to figure out what's going on.

Anyway, I wasn't going to weigh in this morning since I've only been back on track for a week, but something told me to do it anyway. I lost 2.2 lbs!
