Congrats! I too lost 7 lbs my first week, and I agree on the difficulty when it comes to eating. I'll finish dinner and I'll want to eat something else just for the sake of eating something. Portion control is still something I struggle with!

Tracking the food and actually being able to see what I am putting in my mouth has helped a lot I think. And every day I am getting more enthusiastic about using Spark people. It's such a great tool and there are lots of good people around for motivation.

Stick to it and good luck on your journey!

I am 1 week and I've lost 7 lbs already! I tracked my eating all week and exercised twice. It's been hard. Just about every day (after dinner), I sit there thinking about eating something else. But tracking my food has been really helpful for me.

I hope I can keep this up. Just keep moving forward.
