I am so jazzed that I was able to learn how easy it is to enjoy fruits and vegetables again. I started eating less meat and consuming more beans. Once I started detoxing my body from the junk food I was eating I found peace with my appetite and discovered that my sugar cravings went away almost effortlessly. Now when I want something sweet I look for a piece of fruit. My eating plan allows 4 pieces of fruit a day.
