When I started my weight loss journey and lost my first 5 lbs I thought "Geez ONLY 5 lbs". Then I just happened to pick up a bag of sugar, 5 lbs, wow to visually see it, that was on me! It is a LOT! Then I started working out and walking with 5 lb weights. HOLY MOSES do you arms get sore! I was carrying that around on my hiney. It changes things when you can actually see it.
