I absolutely agree with you. This site is unblankinglybelievable! I reached goal a week ago (129) and am now on maintenance following their sensible outline. Although I have been a member for years, I didn't get serious until May 1, 2011. I went from 158 to 129 with stunning results. Really, I can't believe it's me when I walk past a plate glass window! This lifestyle is so fun!

I just want to share with you guys that I lost 30lb with in 10 months. I am so happy. I wanted to lose weight for more then 8 years since my last child was born and never was able to do it till a friend from work recommended your site. Thank you for coming up with such a GREAT WEBSITE. I remember I weighted 138 back in 1997 when I was still very young. I am recommending your site to all my friends who want to lose weight. I have one questions, how do I maintain the weight so I donít gain a pound??? I donít want to be on diet any more because I am still loosing weight, which starts to look not healthy! Please help. Thank you.
