I had my weekly weigh in and I lost 3 pounds over the last two weeks. This is great because it has given me the motivation to continue. Also today when eating out I chose the more healthy choice of food, and went with fewer calories over the cookie that I was eyeing. I have found that even watching my portions and calories is less of a nuisance and becoming more of a habit!
