Woo hoo! I had a great time this week on sparkpeople AND I lost 2.5 pounds. I know that this is much higher than normal - it's my first week and you typically lose more in the first week. But it's a great start, and what's really wonderful is that I love using sparkpeople. It's so easy and I really enjoy using the tools. Looking forward to many more weeks on here to get to goal!
