Even though today I am still recovering from being sick all weekend, I got on the scale & found that since I started back with Spark People on January 4, 2012 I have lost 10 lbs.! I must say it made me feel better & I want to feel well enough to get back on my exercise schedule. Just need to kick this flu/cold!
I have been tracking my fitness & everything I put in my mouth. I am not really following any diet plan but find that when I track my food & drink, makes me think more about what I am eating & it is paying off!
I am so thankful to have this awesome free site to use & track my goals & accomplishments! You can have success too!
