Honestly it would not bother me,because I would know within me what I do or do not do. I would not need to see it posted, to get satisfaction of seeing it. I guess I feel that way because of other life's disappointments since child hood. HOWEVER: I will tell you what really really is upsetting to me. When I am filling someone's prescription & the computer system will go down for hours, & I have elderly people that have to get rides into town to pick them up, & I tell the patient they need to come back, & there daughter or son says with an angry voice to their parent DON"T THINK I AM WAITING!!! & the patient with there faded eyes looks up at me with tears in their eyes & says what do I do? ( We give them a 3 day supply to hold them over.) Now THIS IS WHAT UPSETS ME WHEN THERE IS TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried logging on to Spark several times on Wednesday. Each time, I got a message saying that the site was having technical problems and to check back later. I kept trying until around 11pm CDT, at which point I was shutting down my computer for the night. This morning, I was able to log on without any problem. Except there is a problem.
Once again, technical difficulties at Spark have messed up my Spark Streaks. I had a really good log-in streak going a few months back. I was up to 190 days when problems at Spark ended that streak. Before yesterday, my log-in streak was back up to 25 days. But, again due to technical difficulties on the site, my log-in counter was reset to 0 this morning. I don't think that it's at all fair that members should lose their streaks simply because the site had technical difficulties. Why can't Spark reinstate our streaks to the day before the problem?
This may seem to be a petty complaint to some of you, but I was proud of the fact that I had been able to log into this site and read the blogs and earn points through other activities for over six months straight. To have Spark end my streak due to its technical difficulties feels like a slap in the face. Anyone else feeling that way?
