Hey Knuckles,
Nice to meet you. It has been a struggle finding the right combo of meds. My body stopped making potassium and calcium after my cancer. I have been on the present combo for six months and actually feel like a normal human being.
Take care and have a great evening!

I joined the team and look forward to being apart of it!

Hypothyroid here and it is tougher, but can still be done. Have had to up my exercise alot and really watch what I eat. getting on the right dose of synthyroid helped temendously

Hi Angie

Here's one of the larger SparkTeams for those with this condition:

Hope that helps!

Is anyone else out there that is working hard to lose weight after thyroid surgery. I know I am not alone. I had used SparkPeople before my cancer and it worked great. I am now in remission and intent on losing the 30+ pounds that overtook by body after my thyroid removal.
I know that there are times that I get exhausted and need a little encouragement, so I figured there were more like me. Are you out there?
