Hi Littlefluff and welcome to SparkPeople. I am also losing weight with a chronic inflammatory disease (Guttate Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis), and sometimes it is hard to move, but I know that taking care of my body is even more important than if I was healthy. SparkPeople has a variety of wonderful modified workouts (like chair workouts) that can help you to get moving even when you don't feel much like it.
