Fill your mind with positive ideas, suggestions, and thoughts. You will find it will change your attitude and changing your attitude can change your life. Sometimes just reading an inspirational quote or a short paragraph help one see the positive in a situation. Hi Littlefluff and welcome to SparkPeople. I am also losing weight with a chronic inflammatory disease (Guttate Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis), and sometimes it is hard to move, but I know that taking care of my body is even more important than if I was healthy. SparkPeople has a variety of wonderful modified workouts (like chair workouts) that can help you to get moving even when you don't feel much like it. In addition, I employ the "just 10 minutes" strategy on some days. I hope you find the program as rewarding and helpful as I have. Good luck!
