I know that is what Sparks says, but from what I have read, most people get discouraged and quit long before they stay with a "turtle" slow weight loss program. emoticon Glad it is working for you!!!

So I heard that it is better to lose wieght at a slower rate to keep it off. I started at 190 lbs twelve weeks ago and now I am 170 lbs. Couldn't be happier. Looking forward to the next twelve weeks.
