yes, I'm 50 yrs old and I started curves circuit and I'm trying to diet. Junk food is my down fault. And yes I do weigh my self every day or every 2nd day. It's unbelievable how one day you loose a pound then gain a pound. Right now I'm stay at one weight which is better than gaining. It's all about what you and how much. I'm learning that I do great until evening after 9 and ten I get hungry and eat what ever I can find. I like eat fibre one bars and cereal bars,
but after that i want more. I can get enough of that sweet stuff. I did lose 8 pounds so feel great about that. Keep up the great work spark people.
