A loss is a loss, which is a positive :-)

You don't mention how long it took you to lose the 2lb. My average weekly loss was faaaar less than that, but you know what? Look at my weight-ticker below and you will see that I met my goal. It took 16 months to lose the first 50lb. I have been maintaining for 3 years.

Have patience - Rome wasn't built in a day :-)

Hi,
I had weight myself today and I lose 2 pound so far. I wish I had lost more. I don't not buy "junk foods" or ice cream. I hope to lose more soon.
I went grocery shopping and got fruits like grapes, Popsicle, I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. My nutritionist said I lose and not gain. I feel discourage and not happy what I've seen. Any feedback is welcome.
