Welcome back! Exercise in the cold can be tough, in winter I use a mini trampoline in front of the tv, I walk or jog while watching a show or two.
Keep fresh fruit and vegetables at hand for those times you go searching for snacks. :)

Hi everyone! My name is Rachel. I used to be a member of sparkpeople years ago. It's been so long I can't even remember my username. Anyway, I'm 33 and have been married for 11 years. I have three kids. My daughter is 7, my oldest son will be 5 on Thursday, and my youngest was six weeks old on Wednesday. I managed to gain only 10 pounds throughout my pregnancy, and I am currently 10 pounds less than my pre-pregnancy weight. But I am 25 pounds from my lowest weight since high school. I am 49 pounds from my UGW.
Exercise is going to be a struggle for me as I have a husband that works second shift, a newborn who still doesn't sleep all night, and I live in NY where it is starting to get pretty cold outside.
I am also lazy when it comes to food. I choose convenience over health a lot of the time, and it's hard on my wallet and even harder on my body. I'm hoping to change that. Planning meals was a lot easier when I had a full-time job outside the home. Now that I am a SAHM with my own business I tend to eat whatever I find randomly throughout the day.
