It may be protein, I will change some things in my diet. My doctor says everything is fine. I take plenty of vitamins. Thanks for the advice. I will just have to see what works, and if all else fails, buy myself a wig but I must keep going and motivate myself haha! =)

you might not be getting enough protein. protein deficiency can cause hair loss.

I would go see a doctor to make sure you don't have some sort of hormone imbalance! Also, taking vitamins might help. But for sure a doctor.

Hey everyone, I know that watching the scale go down is great, and mine has been going down slowly but surely which is great but I have another issue. My hair has been falling out like crazy and that has been bringing my motivation level pretty low. I do tend to stress a bit or a lot depending on what is going on around me. However, I don't know if this hair loss is also because of the weight loss. Anyone know of any good products out there I can try? I have tried my share, but nothing seems to work and that's why I decided to get your feedback on this. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
