I have those weeks, where it's just not happening, but then the next week I'm down. I am still in line with my goal report, so that makes me feel good. I will only reach my goal if I keep sticking with the program!

Attitude is everything so pick a good one!!

I haven't been doing well - but in the past couple of weeks it seems to have "clicked"... so I am anticipating 1# of weight loss per week... and should be down 10# by Memorial Day!

IF I lose "more" it will just be even better - but I am shooting for 1# a week!!

keep plugging along you can do this.........shake things up and the weight will come off. change your workouts or try different foods it's all about confusing our bodies. Good luck.

Hello Everyone,

I have been using Sparkpeople for quite some time, but never stuck to it like I do now. Since January 16 I have lost 9lbs. and I do feel good. I have another 6lb to lose. I was getting so discourage not losing, but logging in my food and seeing how many calories i take in has helped me a lot. So glad to be back.
