I have those weeks, where it's just not happening, but then the next week I'm down. I am still in line with my goal report, so that makes me feel good. I will only reach my goal if I keep sticking with the program!
I have been using Sparkpeople for quite some time, but never stuck to it like I do now. Since January 16 I have lost 9lbs. and I do feel good. I have another 6lb to lose. I was getting so discourage not losing, but logging in my food and seeing how many calories i take in has helped me a lot. So glad to be back.
