Welcome to SP!
Use the site every day. Set up a Spark Page and put your goals in writing and use the weight loss tracker. It helps.
Once that's done, set up your calorie/food tracker and stay within your calorie limits each day. If you don't lose weight, you know that you must lower your intake a little. By consistently monitoring your intake v your weight loss, you will know how to manage the calories for loss.
However, you must exercise or you will lose lean muscle mass with fat. Do cardio at least 10 minutes per day and after a couple of weeks, add another ten minutes of strength.
This is all about consistency and watching the calories. If you do those, you will lose the weight.

As long as you post to the message boards, stay active with SparkPeople, and log your food and water you will be successful! I know you can do it!

This is not easy for me. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I hope SparkPeople can help. I have a hard time staying on track.
