Once that's done, set up your calorie/food tracker and stay within your calorie limits each day. If you don't lose weight, you know that you must lower your intake a little. By consistently monitoring your intake v your weight loss, you will know how to manage the calories for loss.
However, you must exercise or you will lose lean muscle mass with fat. Do cardio at least 10 minutes per day and after a couple of weeks, add another ten minutes of strength.
This is all about consistency and watching the calories. If you do those, you will lose the weight.
