This topic could go under Healthy Eating or Exercise Control so I picked this one..... I have been on this site for a while now but I don't come on here every day or every week. However, I decided today that I would like to lose weight like most of the people on here or gain weight (as other people may want to do). Oh I do plan on coming here everyday or every other day (Whenever my schedule allows me) Any advice for me for losing weight? I know how many calories I should be eating but how would you stop overeating? Any tips?
