You got this. It might be slow but you can do it. Go to the SPARK BLOGS. There is a lovely lady there called INDYGIRL. Read some of her blogs. I have been very fortunate to have met this lovely lady. After reading some of her posts you will understand why I suggested her.

emoticon Spark People is probably the only weight loss website people can go to that have 100 pounds or more that doesn't try to fit a person into a "mold" of charts, graphs, BMI calculations or outdated "what you should weigh" insurance written guidelines for height, weight, and age. (or snarky dooms day posters who say "you can't do it"). emoticon

I have 99 pounds to loose. My first goal is to lose 50. (maybe less, I haven't weighed in today). My husband and I plan on dancing it off. We live in the Portland Oregon area. We were trying to find other Spark-people who are members of Baby-boomers Social (dance) club, in the Portland, Metro area. emoticon

We are renting and planning on moving out of Portland, and Multnomah County to Beaverton , Milwaukie, or maybe even Vancouver, WA. (yes, to ditch the Art Tax, and the new repair the roads tax, and the hidden cat tax) emoticon
