Hi everybody I am so happy I lost 9 pds this week I guess my body made up for not losing any weight last week. Yeahhhhh I met my goal for this month.

Thank you for your encouragement really appreciate it. Well I usually weigh myself on fridays but wanted to see what damage I did I went up from 310 to 313. I am getting back on track I excexcercised today for 60 and am sticking to my diet plan. If you fall off the wagon get back on ohhhhhh welcome to all the new people so glad you joined us.

I'm late on this challenge but I"m in starting today. As of 6/7, I'm down 3 pounds for the month of June. My next weigh in is thursday, so I"m at 236 now.

Hi everyone I feel sad I weighed myself yesterday and did not lose anything this week I hope iits not a plateau this early in the game the scale at the gym was not calibrat ked correctly so I do not know if that has something to do with it

I know it's already June 10th, but I have been off of the workout/healthy eating train for months now (enough to gain 30 pounds!) I expect that I'll lose at least a few pounds in water weight alone. Hopefully I'll burn some real fat by the month's end!

I like this idea! I gained 16 lbs earlier this year (stress eating) and it hasn't budged. I was at 205, now at 221. I want to be under 200 . . . have set an initial goal of 190 but really want to hit 150, maybe in a year? Let's all support each other!
