I weighed in this morning. Was not pretty but I am on a mission to fix it!

Hello all. I just got back on today! Been away way too long. I know you are a week into this but I would like to join you.

I went to the doctor today - I have gained 6 lbs over the last three months! NOT GOOD!

I want to lose those 6 lbs - if not more - in the remaining days of this month.

I weigh in on Sunday mornings so I will come back and post a starting weight then.

I like this challenge, I have been having a bad time and I think this challenge will be a good kick start. Today I weigh 162lbs, so hopefully... scrap that.... so definately in a months time I will be 152lbs.

Hi everyone glad to see you all here well I weighed myself three days ago I weighed 302 and now three days later I weigh 306 now I don't know if its water weight or what but I am documenting my starting weight as 306. Here's hoping all of you ladies have success in meeting your goal for this month.
