Hi everyone! I have been kind of stalled at a certain point lately and would like to jump start myself back into losing! I have lost 5 pounds in a week before, and I know I still have enough weight to lose (about 25 more pounds) that I can still lose 5 in a week. I am going to be strict about sticking to my calorie budget (the lower end) and work out at least 1 hour each day this week in order to lose my 5 pounds! How will you lose your 5 pounds? I will check in everyday to see how everyone is doing!!!!!
