(Midweek weigh in just as i know lose water but a loss helps keep motivation high, I am drinking 3-4 litres of water per day to keep hydration high.. Scales are weighing me at 325 which is 8lb less that4 days ago. ) Gym tomorrow and Friday :-)

Im a man and im hoping to lose over 15 this month as its my first month of eating less but a healthy number of calories and exercising 4 time a week.

I also have allot to lose to reach my goal over all so a good start would help :-)
