Hello ladies, Just checking in on everyone..I have had the flu therefore I didnt get to workout last week but I am feeling better today. I plan to workout today using hip hop abs. 8 cups of water, no sodas and log in my food.

I had a great day yesterday. I started doing hip hop abs and I love it.
I did better on my eating as well. I think I am off to a good start. I can't weight to weigh in Monday

Count me in! I just had a baby on June 14th and have been given the "OK" to start low impact exercises. I gained 50 lbs while pregnant and have lost 26 so far (all water weight). I need to lose 24 or more. I've done Sparkpeople in the past and look forward to it helping me again.

I would like to do this challenge. It will be a good motivator for me to get a jumpstart on my weight loss journey.

Hello everyone I did great yesterday. I had pasted out Tuesday because we had several teenagers get killed that were very close to me and I forot to eat. Im trying to get focued again but its hard.

Today I will start wii or videos I bought some exercise shoes but now to decide on shoes to wear to airport.

I'll usually watch workout videos for 5 or 10 minutes, and seeing people so much stronger and with a better body will usually motivate me into starting the video over again and working out. It helps a lot!

IAMJOOLIE that is great question. I like to do the 10 min workouts from SP when I just dont want to exercise but know I need too. I also buy me something sexy that's to small to motivate myself to workout so I can get into it.
Last time I brought myself a very sexy dress that I wanted to wear by a certain date and when I accomplished that goal of being able to wear it I felt so good. emoticon

My plans for losing the weight is to eat 6 small meals a day.
Drink 4-5 bottles fo water
Workout with Hip hop abs
And Toe bo or vidoes from sp
I started today off right by eating breakfast.
